Medical Design – Patient Care Pack

A medical care pack we designed to help inform and educate the parents and support team of sufferers of the rare disease 22q11. The pack also helps to inform patients of the roles the various medical practitioners they will meet will have in their treatment, and explains the role of each of these doctors. The aim of the pack is to both educate, and try to lessen the anxiety felt by patients and their families as they navigate living with this rare disease.
